We operate in the Sacramento, California area. Our facility is located off Highway 16, near Rancho Murieta, CA. It is a 5,000 square foot building, built in 2010. All available honey types may be sampled, and purchased at our location.

We operate Mon-Fri, 7am-12:00pm. Our Staff is knowledgeable in all  matters concerning honey, and it's process. We may be reached at (916) 895-8518 during our operating hours.

Our Honey Process

Honey frames are collected from our bee hives.

Each type of honey (created by hives being exposed to a particular flower) is separated, and processed individually.

The honey is then cleaned of it's impurities. It is slightly warmed to be processed, but not to it's boiling point. When honey is heated too much, it will lose it's nutritional value, and natural enzymes. 

We then label the honey, according to it's type, and distribute it.

In their particular blooming seasons, our beehives are taken to plantations, and orchards to pollinate, and to collect nectar and produce a special type of honey. We extract each type of honey and process it individually, to preserve it’s unique taste and qualities.

Profits from our honey sales are used to support our school, Whispering Pines Christian School, as well as support various projects and trips for the students attending the school.
